NGOHQ.com posted a guide about force 1000Hz USB Sample Rate in Windows Vista

Microsoft Windows default USB sample rate (125Hz - 8ms response time) is surely not enough for today end-users. However, I found a way to do it, but Im not taking any responsibilities for any damage, so use it at your own risk! If youre still interested - just follow these instructions.
