As probaly most of you know when you overclock your videocard you get higher performance, but you may have absolutely no idea how increasing the memory or GPU frequency impacts the card performance. Why when you "unlock" some features of the card (unlocking dispabled pipelines for instance) the card gains big performance boost. And what is the difference between the cards with 64, 128, 256bit memory bus?

The "raw" performance of a videocard is usually represented with its Bandwidth, Pixel Fill Rate and Texture Fill Rate. We see a lot of these especially when a new product is being released... we see higher and higher numbers and now we are going to tell you why.
