I didn't make any real decisions to stop drinking or anything, it's just my wife couldn't and it didn't seem right to. Then the kids came and I haven't had time to. I drank at one family gathering about 5 years ago and got a hang-over the next morning. Hell is defined as a hang-over while watching a 1 year old, I haven't really been drinking since. And since my heart-attack I really can't smoke any nicotine anymore so I can't even have my traditional New Years Eve cigar, (although I'm still debating that one, one a year don't seem so bad...), but I will be rolling up a yuletide log to ring in the New Years with tonight.
