With upcoming applications and even Operating Systems requiring more Memory, 2 x 512MB is just barely sufficient and most users are much more pre-occupied with the 1GB x 2 kits. For Overclocking Enthusiasts such as myself, Overclocking Capabilities takes precedence over Size however. I have been spending some time with the GSkill F2-8000PHU2-1GBHZ (512MB x 2) DDR2 Kit, my new Toy RAM.
