The GNOME 2.13.4 development release is now available

"I'm pleased to announce the release of GNOME 2.13.4. This is the last release in the 2.13 development series before API freeze. Starting now, all GUI and string changes must be notified to the documenters and translators, respectively. Be there or be square."
