A few months ago I finally caved in to trying this game out to see what all the uproar was all about. I personally find it offensive that certain publishers have the gal to charge you $50 dollars for a game and then another $15.00 per month for the privilege of playing the game you just spend 50 bux for online! However, what is even more of a mind-bender for me is that over 4 Million suckers have fallen for Blizzard?s lure.

I believe the same. The game ends up costing hundreds of dollars. There are some other alternatives if your budget is tight. For example most of the korean MMOs are free and they make money from some kind of special store where u can buy power ups and some other items. Or games like Guild Wars that allow you to play online for free, you just need to buy the game (and expansion packs) Just google around for free MMOs.. You'd be surprised with the alternatives (yeah manu suck, yet some are quite good). |

The cost isnt a big problem. IMO $15 a month is nothing. All the other points he lists are much more dangerous and IMO these games should all be 18+ with a warning that they may cause all these negative effects. And a warning that Blizzard is the most fucked up, customer respectless and milking game developer there is. |
