There are many more completely free browsers other than IE, Firefox and Opera. This is a freeware graphical web browser guide for Windows. It compares the most popular features between each browser. It also includes a Kids Browser and Specialty Browser Section.
Freeware Browsers Guide
All of the web browsers are 100% free, not Shareware. None have any Adware or Spyware. All have been installed and tested for basic compatibility with Windows XP. Most should work with other versions of Windows, just check the requirements. However, Internet Explorer 7 will only work in Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista.

It doesn't go on forever but lists 21 Freeware Browsers, 2 kids browsers and 3 Specialty Browsers. Opera is a very good browser and is included in the list. |

maybe more people would use Opera if it could do what Firefox did, or "just worked" like IE does. |

Anonymous posting sucks. Why it was allowed in the 1st place? My point was, that the browser guide is full bs. There are still only the basic three browsers: IE, Opera and Firefox. It's only rebadged stuff, and the IE-based thingys should not ever be used. |

Netscape and Mozilla is where Firefox originated. People are free to choose what browser they want to use. There is no harm in letting them know their options or the truth. |
