ForceWare 96.85 for Windows Vista RC2

NVIDIA has released the following WHQL certified drivers for use with Windows Vista RC2 that will enable you to test the basic features and capabilities of the new operating system.
Release Highlights:
These drivers are only compatible with Windows Vista RC2 build 5744 and higher, and should not be used with other versions of Windows Vista. Includes the new NVIDIA Control Panel. Includes OpenGL driver for compatibility testing. Improved application compatibility and performance. For a full list of fixes issues, please view the Release Notes.

Interesting. If anyone tries these out and gets good numbers - post 'em. Every day I keep thinking about putting Vista RC2 on my rig, but I don't want to bother if I'm going to take a major gaming hit. |

On WinXP 64 bit, 3dMark06 gives 3877, but RC2 64 bit gives 10% less with only 3563 and that includes major graphical corruption on lighting and smoke effects. |
