I saw this @ BetaNews.
FlashFXP is a powerful and popular FTP & FXP Client for Windows. It is loaded with features for the power user, but has an intuitive user interface that takes only minutes to master. Using the FTP protocol, you can transfer files from remote servers to your computer, or even to another remote server. FlashFXP makes it easy to update your Web site, download files from the company server, or even download files from the internet that always seem to fail using your Web browser. It allows you to transfer files between two sites (FXP), resume incomplete downloads, synchronize directories, schedule multiple tasks, and more. Click on Read More... to see what's new and a link for download links.

Go here for a download link. What's New: Added command line option to set the local path on startup, local="" Added new option "Stop sending keep alive after minutes" Added new option "Auto Expand FTP Directory Tree" Added new confirmation, "Delete queue items" Changed sound configuration, the new design is more user friendly Added mouse 4 and mouse 5 buttons now act as 'go to parent' and 'enter selected folder' Added SSL support (registered version only) Changed the internal design and structure of how the quick connect functions Numerous minor changes and fixes
