Firefox 2 Release Candidate 2 (RC 2) is a preview release of our next generation Firefox browser and is being made available for download to Web application developers, our testing community and users who want to get a sneak peek at the next version of Firefox.
Please note: that at this time, users should not expect all of their extensions, plugins and themes from previous versions of Firefox to work properly.

Here's hoping it's more stable with the "clear" options. I have mine set to clear all of the files upon closing and it crashes 50% of the time. |

That seems more likely to be a corrupt profile problem. I've not read on any of the development forums anyone else reporting that sort of thing, and someone there would report it if it were prevalent. There was some issues with the "clear data" function earlier in the development, but that did not involve crashing. |
