Just got word that Radeonthetop has posted new alternative drivers for Radeon cards. These drivers are based on official Catalyst 4.10.
Evolution Drivers are the evolution of the Spirit Drivers, another alternative drivers for Radeon Cards.

STOP calling these things 'Alternative' drivers already! They are nothing more then the stock ATI drivers with a few Registry tweaks added that any 3rd party tweaker can do. It's like me making Registry tweaks to XP and then burning it to a CD and saying it's an alternative to XP. |

Well it still is an alternative. If you do some XP tweaks and burn it and XP to a CD, it is still an alternative install of XP no matter how little the change. You have XP on one cd, and XP with tweaks on another cd - they are alternating versions, and thus an alternate. Same goes for these drivers :P |

jeez whatever it's still a junk modded driver OMEGA drivers or ATI reference That's the only way to go. Not htis middle-monkey 0.5 fps variant driver hack lame newson on w2s as always |

did my own test on this driver just for fun test 1 asus driver *ati 4.9* = 29550 aquamark test 2 Evolution Driver = 29415 aquamark test 3 ati 4.10 =29510 aquamark the strange part with this evolution driver was that it dont works in battlefield 1942 and in serious sam 2 i have to hit ALT+TAB to get any picture. back on ati 4.10 for now **waiting for a new omega* |
