Whenever you have a problem with a certain part of an operating system, who do you usually tend to immediately place the blame on? In most cases, the blame is directed straight at the company behind the operating system, and this is the easiest way to deal with your frustration. They made it, so they should be responsible for its positive aspects and its shortcomings, right?
