Detonators 22.80 Leaked!

Today a new set of Nvidia detonator drivers emerged on the web. It's version number 22.80. Files are dated 26/10/01. User reports state that the drivers give an average 5% performance increase in games. Download local Here is a comparison on the two fastest drivers there is. Check it out here. These have been out for about a week and a half. Stop being so lazy on the news.



I mean geez, the date on the drivers are Oct. 26th. Its November 6th ombre

They dont give me no 5% increse. i lost 150points in 3dmark from 3150 to 3000

People still refer to this as leaked? It's not leaked when it happens everytime a new stable driver revision is compiled.



It shoulid be just be released, not leaked.

These detonators don't have as many updated files as previous versions.Normally a new set of detonators contain approx 24 files.The 22.80's only have 15 files.

Some of us can't afford a new video board very often, but with my ASUS v6800 256DDR, PIII 933, and 640MB RAM there was a noticable improvement, over the 22.50 drivers, when running the Deadly Dozen Demo.

Here's my Quake3 v3.20 timedemo results.

640__ 109.9 - 109.1

800___ 95.7 - 97.5

1024__ 64.4 - 69.0



All at 32 bit.



Celeron @ 850, 384 ram, GeForce2 MX, XP.



Very nice gains!
