Last time I got a 4X.XX driver I had problems with the control panel for nvidia, via the display properties not displaying due to a DLL prob. The card was a GF2 GTS. Does anyone else have this problem and/or knows how to fix it?

I've downloaded the package and attempted to install it ... it appears to be signed at first, but when doing the actual install, the non-WHQL warning window still appears. Anyone? |

to fix the control panel on the 4x.xx drivers just rename nvrseng.dll to anything you want. i used nvrshello.dll and my control panel now works a treat. the file will be in C:windowssystem32 using winxp, so dunno where it might be for anyone not using winxp.. do a search on your comp you should find it. hope that helps you all.
