When is Dell gonna release a new driver for the GeForce 3 Ti:s? Cause the one I got with my new Dell sux. It even seems like they pulled an "ATI" and optimized their driver for MadOnion's 3dMark2001 SE. I get much higher scores with the Dell-provided driver which is a Dell 21.93 Nvidia driver. Then any other new reference driver including 28.80, 28.90 and 29.11, and older WHQL drivers like 23.12. BUT!!! The Dell driver makes the graphics look horrible in 3dMark2001 SE and "laggy","choppy" and stuff. While any reference driver looks much better but gets a much lower score. Has anyone looked into this? I have an Dell Dimension 8200 P4 1.9GHz, 512 RDRam, GeForce Ti 500, 75GB HD, etc. and all the latest patches. |
