Having just noticed Newsfactory post about how much the Ultra version of Geforce FX (from Gainward) will cost in the UK. I thought I will let you know where you can get a good card NOW for nearly half the price of that Ultra Geforce FX model.
The Gainward FX Ultra is now on pre-order sale for £431.34 inc VAT - that's $710.50 USD!!! Maybe its worth it, I let you make that decision but on this page you can get a Radeon 9700 Pro for £232.64 inc VAT & Delivery NOW. Please let me know if you find a cheaper one.

Also they were running, at least a week ago they were, a Further £50 off this card if you bought 256 MB 2100 RAM from them. The RAM costs £32.99 |

Talking about buying yesterday's technology at those prices when the FX will be out for only around $700 some day soon! Didn't you read the reviews, it BEAT the 9700 in a couple of tests! :rolleyes: |

...I mean, everyone of the cards I've modded and OCed the bejesus out of has ran 24/7 at that speed since modding. I think that if it makes it thru the first 30 days, ya can consider the mod succesful.  |
