Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Support Petition

At NGOHQ there was an "X-Fi scandal" article two weeks ago. There were many requests about Sound Blaster X-Fi product line support on Creative Labs Forums, through CL'S Customer support and we, Creative Labs customers desperatly ask for help.

We need help to get Creative staff attention after almost eight months since the last driver release. So many bugs needs to be fixed. X-Fi bloated software needs to be done from scratch or at least redesigned. But they simply "doesn't give a crap", like NGOHQ said. It's just sad but true - Creative Labs treat us - their customers - without any respect. They actually don't care about how bloated and not ergonomic software they made for the X-Fi product line. They just care about marketing and taking money for their unsupported products.

Please sign in! Or at least take a look @ Creative Discussion Forums Here and see for yourself how are they treating their own customers.

My X-Fi does run trouble free, too
I don't understand what all the fuzz is about

But I have to agree that the applikations could be less bloated

But you can't really say the software isn't bloated because it sure as h*** is.

Not that ATI is anyway better with they're .net-based Catalyst Control Center... whats up with slow mixer and configurationpanels that load slow even on the fastest of dual-core systems with raptor disks? Who has requested this?

Bloated? Yeah. Other than that I have no trouble and everything sounds fantastic.

I don't get what all the whining is about.
