Just saw this @ Xp-erience.org
TackTech have written up two guides using Nero or Easy CD Creator for updating your WindowsXP CD to include the service pack when installing...You will need a copy of the WindowsXP CD and the service pack download, you will still need a valid CD key and activation will still be required. They currently have the following guides:
