Computex 2005: Volari 8300 and 8600

VolariGamers has the first info on XGI's Volari 8300 (XG47) and Volari 8600 (XG45). The Volari 8600 will support native PCIE and Shader Model 3.0, whereas the Volari 8300 is an entry level PCIE card with Shader Model 2.0 support. In addition, XGI has implemented video playback enhancements such as 3:2 pull-down, HDTV output and Smooth Edge, which are similar to nVidia's PureVideo.
