LapTopCooler2 is a thin pad filled with the material ClimSel C28 (Glauber's salt + some secret ingredients.) that make "ice" of water at 28 degree Celsius.
When the temperature rise over 28 degrees the material melts and this procedure needs energy which causing the material to get cold.
