Cisco sues Apple over iPhone trademark infringement

Cisco owns the iPhone trademark and wasn't pleased when Apple presented its iPhone to the world yesterday. The company decided to file a lawsuit against Apple in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California for infringing upon and deliberately copying and using Cisco's registered iPhone trademark.
