It has a lot of new features and improvements, including: ability to tune up speed parameters of the VIA V-Link interface for VIA KT266/A, KT333, KT400 and KT600 chipsets (you can easily change the speed rate, bus width, command priority, link disconnection and control its frequency boosting the link performance), option to set the Bank Interleave parameter for VIA KZ133, KT133A, KX133, KT266/A, KT333, KT400/A and KT600 chipsets, ability to enable/disable instruction sets, including MMX, 3DNow!, SSE2, Long Mode, NX-bit, etc.
