BSPlayer NO MORE

"Today we were forced to remove from our website listings and reviews the BSPlayer multimedia player as requested by some "anonymous" messages we received from its slovak producers."
We are sorry, but starting from today you will no longer be able to download BSPlayer without filling in ten forms on their site, which is the ONLY one capable of offering you a legal copy of the product.
The Webteh company, which is now developing BSPlayer, announced us in an agressive voice that we MUST remove the product from our website, but failed altogether to provide an explanation for their claim.
If you wonder why, well, the reason is MONEY. After they have taken the advantage offered by the free promotion of the tens of software sites worldwide, Webteh decided to prohibit all sites to offer for download a (still) free product, which most likely will NOT be free (4 all) for a long time.
We can assure you will find other programs at least as good as this one, and really free for use by browsing our Video Players section
Warning! The latest version of BSPlayer will display during the whole movie play time a notice specifying that the product is freeware only for non-commercial use. At the moment, removing this message is impossible, making the use of this program virtually impossible.

Maybe on the fly changes are allowed? If a hotkey could be assigned to change the setting, you can turn OSD on/off at will |

Qoute: The latest version of BSPlayer will display during the whole movie play time a notice specifying that the product is freeware only for non-commercial use. This is NOT true the messege goes away after 3 seconds. BSPlayer is free for home use. If the message stays there the whole time that you have the bug that some people told me about. Just Completely uninstall BSPlayer, remove the directory and reinstall it again. Most of the time this fixes it. Warp2search team, fix your article. It's wrong! |

or just disable OSD, it will fix it, and then wait for a new release which will be released soon. Anyway: "We are sorry, but starting from today you will no longer be able to download BSPlayer without filling in ten forms on their site" What a load of bullshit, one form taking about 10 secs to complete, nice whining warp2search!! |

If it's a bug, it'a a very convenient one. The producer will test the public reaction to the $$$ message. If it's not good, it's just a bug. If the reaction was ignorace (is bliss), then go to payed mode. P.S. I really dislike filling forms to download a program. I dont like spam from the producers.. |

I can't even call it a bug. It's more lazy people like you that are to lazy to remove the old version before installing the new one. There is no point creating a message like this on purpose, people wold just use another software that has no message. BSPlayer is one of the best players I've tryed, and it's still is. It's also one of the first players that had a support for subtitles without any lame plugins that never worked. And for that it gets my respect. |

You guys complaining about Warp2Search are such dwebs. That's the only reason you come here is to rag on them. I appreciate the effort taken here to keep us informed, I don't have time to browse 10 or 20 sites. The Source is posted as Softpedia News not Warp2Search. Now don't get me wrong! I think they should take the time to check something like this out, when statements are made about 10 pages and such. But if you can't offer constructive criticism then perhaps you shouldn't bother posting. Most of you guys I see posting in here all the time are only interested in running your mouth and seeing how many posts you can get, not providing viable information. |

"That's the only reason you come here is to rag on them." That is so not true, i use warp2search beacuse they have some great news and safe me for alot of time. I know this news it taken from softpedia, and it will take to much time to verify everything, but warp2search should have removed the wrong info by now! |
