The PS3 using Blu-Ray and the HD-DVD delays have already decided this before it really even started. This is going to be just like DVD vs. DivX. It would take something HUGE (like a Star Wars exclusive or something) for HD-DVD to really get going.

An exclusive movie is not gonna make HD DVD surpass Blu-Ray. The PS3 is gonna have Blu-Ray...people want the PS3...Sony wins.

I remember reading an article stating the porn industry was behind (cough) Blu-Ray (Which is highly important of course as they sell tons of DVDs). Still, all this does is confuse people ultimately. I think I'll wait a year or 2 until they sort out who the format winner is
