Blizzard Entertainment announced it has permanently closed 53,928 WarCraft III Battle.net accounts. There are few companies as in tune with their fan base as Blizzard, but that doesn't mean the developer has a tolerance for users who abuse that relationship.

"In tune with their fanbase" translated into standard english = "keeping the game free from MOTHERFARKING CHEATERS so that gamers can enjoy themselves on an equal footing". Do you understand it better now perhaps? You seem to be under the delusion that banning cheaters is the wrong thing to do. That is most definitely not the case I assure you. As for the banned MOTHERFARKING CHEATERS, I got three words for you: BWAA HAA HAA! |
