In a statement this year, Senator Lieberman singled out the game as a tutorial in bad behavior: "Games like Grand Theft Auto are particularly troubling because they go beyond just celebrating violence generally, and actually reward players for engaging in organized crime, murdering innocent people and other forms of perverse, antisocial behavior.", he said.

Thats not very mature Zenmaster. Technically you just commited a felony under US law by threatening the life of a US Government official, but you sound like a minor so we'll all disregard your comment. Hey, the Senator's got a point, he's just focusing in the wrong direction. Take firearms; It is not the weapon that kills, it is the psychotic or sociopathic individual that chambers the round. If they abolished firearms, these psychos would use compressed-air nailguns or hedgetrimmers. The games are not the problem, people are the problem. Correct me if I'm wrong..... |

I cant understand that weapons are allowed in America. They should take the peoples weapons away and not the games! Its kind of funny. |

Good, I see the administrators removed that kid's thoughtless comment. It's freaks like that that give the rest of us Virtual Warriors a bad name. |
