Remember when Bill Gates said that Nobody will ever need more than 640k RAM? I wonder what he would have to say about 512MB on your Graphics card!



In our recent interview with Sapphire, we mentioned that ATI will be making a 512MB version of one of their cards that?s not the X850. At that time, we were not in a position to disclose which card that would be, however, today, we are going to take a quick look at the upcoming X800XL with 512MB. In our opinion, the 256MB version of the X800XL seems to be the best card at the moment that costs under $300. In fact, if you look hard enough, you can probably find this card under $250 and that certainly makes it one hell of a choice for a gamer.
