Here are some pictures of ATi's upcoming X1950XTX. Our pictures compare the physical difference between the X1900XTX and the X1950XTX. The overall simpler PCB layout of the X1950XTX points towards a less power consuming card.
Overclockers should be rather assured, that third parry tweakers such as ATiTool should work when it comes to voltage adjustments since the voltage regulators are the same, if not present versions, then updated versions. Take a look at the pictures, meanwhile, testing in progress...
