Azarov Eugeny aka Jaz has created new BIOS editor ATI Radeon BIOS Tuner (RaBiT) with real ability to control Memory Timings (RAS-to-CAS, tRP, RAS#, CAS#, tRbs). It also can change Device ID, core/mem clocks, memory bus width 32/64/128/256 bit and memory type sdr/ddr (in soft !)
