Doom3 and nVidia > Doom3 and ATI ? Think again, ATI has a 'fix' ready for rollout in Catalyst 5.11 which improves performance by up to 35% at high AA modes.
HEXUS benched the X1800XT and 7800GTX and ATI has for the first time in history overtaken nVidia's offering in the well-known app.

hm the fix actually lowers the fps at low resolutions, wonder what that means. |
