Spotted this over Flexbeta:ATI, the firm currently supplying the graphical heart of Nintendo?s GameCube console, has stated that its next generation chip, the R350, will be the best performer on the market by the end of 2003.
What?s more, the firm?s vice president of engineering, Dave Rolston, confirmed that ATI is in talks with both Microsoft and Nintendo to supply the polygon-wrestling innards for their next machines.

They can bet on Nintendo, but not Xbox 2. There is already an official press release that coincided with the MS/Nvidia disagreement, stating that not only have they resolved their differences but MS will be going with Nvidia again for Xbox 2. |

not too mention that ms should just suck up their losses and not even bother with yet another system... but of course uncle bill can never lose (haha) so he'll keep pumping money into xboxes and keep losing money and maybe by xbox5, he'll realize what most people saw a year ago - that he won't win this one |

The Xbox is ahead of the Gamecube in sales, as reported by many sites. |
