Our bro's over at Station-Drivers send word that they've snagged Asus new PCProbe 2, which is a convenient utility to monitor the computer's vital components: fan rotation speeds, voltages and temperatures.

It seems as this is for a motherboard called the P5GL-MX. Yet, there is no mention of that board on Asus's ftp site. Go figure.
