Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 VGA Cooler Review

For a while now Arctic Cooling's name has been synonymous with high quality after-market GPU coolers. The latest graphics coolers to come from the Arctic Cooling stable are their Accelero S1 and S2 parts - Elite Bastards examine the S2 cooler to see if a passive solution can really offer both silent running and improved cooling performance.
