Any one here sick and tired of AMD's whining, crying, and sniveling? Intel advertised even when I was a kid, I grew up with Intel TV commericals and never saw an AMD commerical nor an advertisement. Heck, most people havent even heard of an AMD processor, only the computer literate know the name AMD. When I build computers for people I ask what processer brand they want and meniton AMD, and they eighter say they never heard of them or they say they want the pentium. Perhaps it because of my location, but in my honest opionion AMD hasen't advertised enough to get their names out there to consumers. They are what I call a free loader. Why spend millions upon millions in advertising when you can sue and get market share and put marketing limits on your compition. |
