so what s wrong with the new minis? do you hate german ppl.. or just BMW? they saved a company from going under and brought bac a great lil car and made it new and better? what is the issue? great contest at DH..... but that last comment is ...? |

Its got nothing to do with germany, it could have been any country (rather defensive arent you). Its british heritage, and was under developement before BMW came along Its was designed by Rover (not BMW) but after the 'split' BMW kept it for themselves. Rover was fine without BMW, its far worse off now because of it. In the long run, this mini wont be remembered in the same way as the oriuginal which was truely groundbreaking, this one is just a decent small car. |
