OCIA.net has posted a review of the Waffer PC Aircon PAC 400. Below is a direct quote from the review:

With the Aircon installed in the bottom of the four 5.25" bays in my case, there is only about 1/4" of clearance from the bottom of the lower rom drive's tray. My fan controller and floppy drive are pretty much blocked off.
