Nostromo N52 Speedpad Beta Vista 32/64 bit drivers

Thanks Shawn McKern for this one. Belkin finally released a beta set of drivers for Vista 32 and 64bit for the N52 Speedpad.

I have tried them and they do indeed work properly.
