Total Commander 7 RC4 Posted on: 05/07/2007 05:27 PM Total Commander is an orthodox file manager for Windows. It can be used as a replacement for Windows Explorer, the built in Windows file manager. Total Commander belongs to a class of file managers with two windows side by side, also called the "Commander"-style, after the very first program in its class: Norton Commander. Two panel file managers are also known as OFM or Orthodox File Managers.
