It works perfectly... Just make sure you DO NOT skip any of the intro sequences. Let it run all the way through and you're in.

At first it was acting a bit weird on my XP pro sp2. The guy was moving all over the place and i couldnt seem to controll him properly. It felt like the buttons where stuck. If i pressed back, he would keep walking back and there was nothing i could do about it. I fixed it by setting the compatibility to Windows 95. Then i played it with no issues at all.

Its true.. if you wait until the intro finishes all the way you will be able to play it. How ever.. on windows XP SP2 the controls seem to lag a lot you could press back once but it will still go back for a lot. on windows XP SP1 the controls were fine but the camera and surroundings seem to move too slow when the character tries to move forward.
