Ubuntu made everything work out of the box (so to speak), with the (I suppose) obvious exception of the winmodem. As well, I did not have the opportunity to test the firewire port. (I'd like to note that Windows XP doesn't have proper drivers for this notebook's video card, so Ubuntu's install was much more satisfying!) |
